Do you wash your hands on leaving the W.C.? Certainly.
But, do you wash other parts of your body at that time?
(most people don’t - it’s simply not their habit)
We are accustomed to using the toilet paper, but it’s not adequate for real cleaning. A simple bacteriological test will prove that.
